Andre is a Professional Certified Coach with over 3000 hours of experience. He worked in Switzerland as function head and later as coach for in the Chemical Industry, Retail, Finance and IT. He lives now in Western Australia and coaches leaders in government agencies, international corporations and the UNHCR.

She graduated from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri, and continued her education by taking courses in the Master’s of Leadership Program at St. Catherine’s University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
